Margaret Leddy, American Flatbread & Zero Gravity
A Burlington native, Margaret ventured south to D.C. for college and graduate school at Georgetown University where she studied Math and Statistics. Upon graduation, she took a sharp left turn and spent two years traveling the world, spending some time working on farms in Australia. In 2012, Margaret moved back to Burlington and got involved with the restaurant industry, where she developed a passion for local and sustainable food systems. She believes in promoting communities' connections to the land, and she is so excited to be a part of the important work of the Intervale Center. In her free time, Margaret loves to ski, hike, and spend time on Lake Champlain.
