Lauren Masseria, Parks Regional Manager, Vermont State Parks

Lauren has worked in public service for over a decade, currently serving as the Regional Manager for the southeast region of Vermont State Parks. Her prior work at the Vermont Agency of Agriculture, Food, & Markets directly focused on marketing strategy to increase sales of Vermont food and beverage products. Lauren brings experience in strategic communications and operations coupled with a strong belief that food has the power to connect people and strengthen communities. Lauren holds a Master of Urban Planning from Hunter College and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont. Motivated by the role food can play in building resilient, inclusive communities, Lauren is eager to contribute her skills in support of the Intervale Center’s mission. In her free time you can find her hiking, paddle boarding, doing yoga, cross country skiing, gardening, or exploring with her dog and husband.
