Hannah Lebel, Contracts Counsel, BETA Technologies

 Hannah Lebel is an attorney at BETA. Her practice at BETA focuses on drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a variety of different agreements, counseling the business, and performing strategic analyses to help the world transition to electric aviation.

She has background in the arts and master’s in music business & global entertainment from Berklee College of Music's Spain campus. She began her professional life centered on protecting the work of creators internationally, and valuing differing individual voices and contributions to the greater arts community. Practicing as a restructuring attorney at a large international law firm provided Hannah with unique problem-solving skills, precise legal abilities, and insights into the inner functions of a corporation. General litigation & transactional work helped hone her advocacy skills and gain varied experience across industries.

Admitted in New York State, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and Vermont State.

Hannah is a Vermonter by way of MA, NYC, Spain, Bali, France, and England. She loves to travel and experience new places. Outside of work, Hannah can be found in or around the water, reading, singing with her band, or setting flight notifications for literally anywhere.
