Join members of the Abenaki community as they perform ceremonial field and seed blessings here at the Intervale. Starting at 9:00am this Saturday, witness traditional ceremony in a place with a long history of  indigenous agriculture. Please bring well labeled seeds from your garden to be blessed in the ceremony!

This event coincides with Abenaki Recognition and Culture Week, as well as the opening  the "The Vermont Abenakis: A Living Heritage" exhibit at Ethan Allen Homestead Museum (EAHM) on Sunday, May 5th.

The event will be held at the Intervale Center campus at 180 Intervale Road. Parking is available in the lot across the street.
