Celebrate Arbor Day with us!

Healthy forests do so much for us—they slow flooding, capture carbon, provide wildlife habitats, and offer mental and physical benefits for our community. At the Intervale Center, our Conservation Nursery is a national leader in native habitat restoration, planting tens of thousands of native trees in Vermont each year.

Since 2001, we’ve planted over 487,000 trees — about 2,000 acres of new forest!

Last year, we collected millions of seeds, planted at 11 sites across Vermont, and propagated 85,000 stems for future planting projects.

Now through Mother’s Day, for every gift of $40 or more, we’ll plant a tree in honor of you or someone special. Please support this invaluable work with a generous gift today!

The trees we plant today will grow into forests that provide habitat for wildlife, mitigate the effects of flooding, capture carbon, stabilize soils, and much more. Thank you for supporting this important work!
