Amanda Carrubba (she/her), Director of Finance & Operations
email | ext. 102

Growing up in Jericho, Amanda early on developed a passion for both social and environmental justice. She graduated from Middlebury College with a degree in Women’s & Gender Studies and began her career in nonprofits at the Flynn Center. There she found her calling supporting amazing programming and the staff that implement it from behind-the-scenes.

She moved to Seattle and earned her MFA in Nonprofit Arts Leadership while working for an incredible literary arts organization called Seattle Arts & Lectures for over 17 years, where she developed skills in finance, HR, organizational and systems development, and whatever else came up. She is passionate about applying a DEI lens to all facets of a nonprofit and fostering a welcoming and inclusive culture from the inside out.

Outside of work she loves exploring the outdoors in all kinds of ways with her kiddo, partner, and pup, reading, spending time with family and friends, supporting the Seattle Sounders FC (even if from afar in VT), dancing in the living room (or just about anywhere), and many other endeavors, fun being the only requirement!
