Katelyn Ellermann, Associate General Counsel, VT Department of Environmental Conservation

Katelyn is an attorney with the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources, focusing on regulatory and conservation efforts to support Vermont's rivers and streams, lakes and ponds, and wetlands.  She also advises on the Agency's civil rights and environmental justice work and was an inaugural member of its Diversity & Equity Committee.  Katelyn's love for the Intervale goes back roughly 20 years to her time studying at UVM's Rubenstein School of Environment and Natural Resources.  She was thrilled to join the Intervale Center Board in 2019 to support healthy, equitable communities and happily serves on the Development Committee and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.
