Sarah has spent the last four years working on a handful of farms in both Vermont and Massachusetts. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont with a concentration in Food, Land, and Community. Sarah believes that food is at the heart of our most important relationships: to each other, to ourselves, and to nature. When she’s not at the Intervale, Sarah enjoys cooking for people she loves, walking in the woods with her dog, and studying herbal medicine.
