Sarah has spent the last four years working on a handful of farms in both Vermont and Massachusetts. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont with a concentration in Food, Land, and Community. Sarah believes nutritious, delicious food can be accessible and affordable for all. When not at the Intervale, Sarah can be found cooking in her kitchen or reading with her dog, Rhubarb.
