Leslie Halperin, Partner, Resilient Philanthropy
Leslie Halperin has been immersed in the field of social enterprise and has been building partnerships between the business and nonprofit sectors for more than 15 years. Today her work focuses on helping businesses create authentic philanthropic and community engagement programs. Having spent half her career in the nonprofit sector and the other half in the for profit world, Leslie is an effective liaison between the sectors and has helped to forge many enduring shared value partnerships. Leslie has served as the communications manager at Vermont’s Women’s Commission, is founder of the social enterprise, The ClothesExchange and she spent nine years leading social mission programs atBen & Jerry’s. In 2014, Leslie joined the consulting firm Resilient Philanthropy. Leslie has degrees from George Washington University and Bank Street College. She also earned an Executive Education Certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility from Harvard Business School.
